What kind of memory do I buy?

I have a Novatech Barebones 3ghz Pentium4 bought about a year/18months ago, any one got any ideas what memory it takes?
I want to upgrade and there is so many new kinds, don't want to buy the wrong ones, so could any of you help? I want to put 2 x 1024 Ram chips in.
