Will this setup boot up with Striker Extreme?

I've got this spec

Gainward 8800GTX
C2D E6600
Seasonic M12 700W
4GB (2x (2x1) - 4 blanks) of Crucial 2GB 5300C3 667MHz Tenth Anniversary Dual Channel Kit

Do you think it will boot up fine and also is the 4GB memory compatible with it,can i run all the 4gigs on 667 mhz -becouse i've heard that on Striker extreme if you have 4gigs you cant run them on more than 667mhz.
is that true?

it would be in the motherboard's manual
Thats what happens in my a8n32 sli deluxe, but that runns only ddr400 and 4gb sticks makes it go to 333mhz i believe.

have you got the motherboard??
