Hi there,
Does anyone know why strange things may be happening to my post count?
Aside from the fun and games everyone had with the 'First to 1500' thread, I have noticed that my post count seems to change. Sometimes it even goes up, although the most recent event is it going down a couple of notches.
To my knowledge Ive not written anything that could be deemed wrong, and should be deleted, but if anything is wiped off, how can I tell if this is the case, or if there is something else amiss with my account?

Post counts are about as important as the current rep system. IE not at all. I know you are a nice chap, I dont need to see how often you have posted. It all seems rather pointless one upmanship to me.
(BTW I'm in a very bad mood today as my mobo still hasn't shown and I am now waiting for a refund (not nova) so if I seem grumpy, I don't really mean it.)

LoL, very true mate, the actual post count wasnt what was worrying me, it was whether I had posted something to try and be helpful, and it disappeared. Sometimes you read through a thread and it suddenly doesnt make sense because a post has been obliterated - wondered if that was what had happened.
Hope you get your motherboard through soon! You dont have much luck do you? Did you get that pen drive through in the end?

Like it's close relative, the hair fairy, eh? Still manages to visit me every night, and cause untold chaos on my barnet, even though I have a grade 4!

Well Amy asked for my address yesterday so that's looking good.
I have to say I am a little worried about Skywalker and the Mankini comment and now going on about fairies. Me thinks he is living a secret double life. :D

Ah, I must get more involved in Nova on-line gaming. What do you play? I have added you on steam ages ago. I generally only play w@w online these days and not that much either.

Im pretty much playing Left4Dead as a staple thing at present, and I tend to dabble with others as and when the Steam Server count goes A over T. If you're up for any L4D at some point, I'm always open to an invite, or for you to join a game Im in, if i'm with Skywalker or Armchair.
The end of the year is usually a time when i get a glut of new games, so I might have something else soon to multiplay with, hopefully!
The trick is trying to find something everyone has got, and enjoys playing...
I've not heard about anything you've done that warrants post count decreases, pilgrim72. If anything you should get bonus ones for being helpful.
The only thing I can think of is maybe one of the admins/mods have been doing some archiving/house cleaning and ahve been getting reid of very old posts. I've not heard of that adjusting post counts any other forum I've been in though so.... I dunno. lol

TBH I have noticed my post counts go up and down recently too. Possibly due to all the pron I keep posting!

Post counts do get reduced , But normally ones that are spamming for free del or MM access

I never bother with paid delivery, never mind free - I enjoy going to Novatech to pick stuff up, just for the fun of it!Would rather go to Novatech for shopping than a Tesco's any day of the week!

could be due to the multi posting you do.... maybe you should try spending half hour per post editing all the things you want to say like myself.. thats how i go about not double posting all the time.. though.... i burped once and tasted like stinging nettles...
