MP4 player NOV-MP3M1G

i am having trouble with this new mp4 player ( NOV-MP3M1G ) i have been charging it without it running out of power and now it wont recharge

I had the 2 Mb version and it eventually refused to charge after only 2 charges. I sent it back and got a replacement which works fine.
