Hi, i purchased a system from novatech http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/pcrange.html?ICP (Icon Pro 4000) ... ive installed the drivers supplied with the system.. but i still cant get the LAN working... also, the only thing on the network settings is under the LAN or HIgh - Sped internet and the only thing installed on that is the 1394 Net Adapter. Ive been onto the device manager and tried installing hardware but the 1394 Net Adapter is the only thing that is there.
I dont realy know much about computers so could anyone be kind enough to help me?

:)

the device will be listed in device manager either under network adapters or as an unknown device if the drivers are not installed (yellow exclamation mark, well black one in a yellow circle or something)

If you don't have any ! in device manager and its not listed under network adapters check its enabled in the bios, if you are quick you won't need to enter it you can sometimes see a list of devices flash past (press pause button then space to resume) Or find it in the bios, will probably be under integrated peripherals, but i'm not familar with the bios on that board.

If its enabled in there...
