Could someone possibly from the company answer me as to why no-one has bothered to answer any of the e-mails I sent from the "contact us" page on the Novatech site? I sent one on the 26th Jan and one on the 29th to the sales/after sales dept. with some questions and sent one this Monday to tech support. I made sure to include my e-mail address, customer number and all relevant info and whilst I have received 3 auto replies, none have come back regarding my queries.
While I understand that it may take a while regarding Mondays message, to receive nothing from nearly 2 weeks ago is poor.
The chat button is only useful if you can access it during office hours.
If someone can answer, I'm all ears and will supply any info for id purposes required.

i'm not from the company, but i can only recommend you try phoning them to see if they can help if your emails are not being answered, or posting your question on these forums.

i have had a look through the aftersales emails and the one sent friday 26th was forwarded to sales as it was a pre-sales question. i will email the sales manager and ask him to find out why the emails were not replied to.

i will have a look for the one you sent monday and get that replied to today.

Thanks for the prompt answer, it is only the tech question I sent Monday that needs any attention now.
I would appreciate the help in getting a reply.
Thanks again.

I just wanted to post my thanks here to all and any involved at Novatech who sorted the problem I had, the lack of replies to my e-mails does leave a lot to be desired but once someone was on the case, I can't fault the service given. I narrowed my problem down to a component on the case and just wanted an idea of where I could get one. I would have been happy with a source and a price to pay but not only did I receive an e-mail back straight away yesterday promising one in the post but it duly arrived first thing and immediately fixed my problem.
It is very easy to jump on a company (me included) for something you are unhappy about, but I feel I should reply straight away when good service is received.
Thanks to Novatech again, it will continue to be my first contact when I'm looking for computer bits in the future.

The problem of lack of response to online emails continues. Messages sent via the website over two days ago have still received nothing but the automated response promising a reply within 8, 12 or 24 hours.
The Live Chat facility does not work, at least for me, and I can find no useful info re troubleshooting it.
Not a good customer experience.
