Ok so I just built my first computer, i have a Asus M4A785D-M Pro AMD 785G Micro ATX motherboard and a Optiarc DVD RW AD-5170A disc drive. For some reason when the PC boots it just skips into trying to load the OS from old hard drive (which isn't possible because I have to reinstall windows). I tried putting in the Asus motherboard disc to see if my motherboard was reading discs, and it picked that up and booted that... I have set my first booting device on the bios to disc drive first aswell.
