Role: Telesales Advisor - Full Time
Location: Novatech Ltd, Harbour House, Hamilton Road, Cosham, Portsmouth, PO6 4PU
Salary: £11,895 p.a. ote £19K
Overview: We have a vacany for a full-time Telesales Advisor in our busy store in Portchester on the Castle Trading Estate. The main am of the role is to liaise with customers and advise on product placement, always mindful of their needs and budget. To be the first point of contact for our customers by phone and email and live chat. Good communication skills are essential along with a clear, confident and friendly manner. You must also be well presented as this role can at times involve face to face sales. You need to be dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven by exceeding targets, whilst ensuring every customer receives the service that Novatech is renowned for. A current knowledge of everything to do with IT products is required and you also need to be willing to learn about our full range of products.
Duties: Taking customers sales orders over the telephone. Checking the system for new products and housekeeping of orders across the system that are designated for the Store. All other reasonable duties as requested by the Store Manager. Hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. Extra hours including 2 Saturdays a month 9.00 am to 5.00 pm must be worked as required.
Aims: You need to be enthusiastic with a good all round interest in all things IT related. You need to be well presented with an outgoing personality and experience of telephone sales. This is a targeted role. You need to aim to achieve the monthly sales targets agreed with the Retail Store Manager on a monthly basis so you need to have experience of and enjoy selling over the phone. 100% Customer satisfaction at all times is our company ethos so it must be yours as well.
