Hi all,
My 360 died on me last week (Two days before my HDTV arrived!), and UPS picked it up on thursday, and it was signed for in Havant at 8:53am on Friday. I have asked this elsewhere, but have not had much help, I'm wondering how long others have waited for their 360s to return?
Cheers,
Karl :)

when i got some stuff from microsoft it took a few working days, but it also depends on stock and the delivery company, i would say that if it isnt by you by next monday then call the delivery company and see what is going on.
most likely they will just replace the 360 with a working one and swap the data over, shouldnt take long

I was going to give it until then, and then take action as I've a few too many stories of american owners going months without their consoles and doing something about it when it's too late.
They could have swapped my data over, but the idiot on tech support ensured me that my hard drive was corrupt and that formatting it would sort the problem, so now I have an empty hard drive sat waiting to go back on a 360! Looks like I've got some major playing to do when I get a console back :(

i know about 6 or 7 people that have had to send their 360's back to microsoft for repair. most took about a week but a few took 2 weeks.
Maybe you could join this fella! :)
