I thought Windows 7 was coming with both 32 and 64 bit discs in the box but they appear to listed separately here. Can somebody let me know if you get both 32 and 64 bit?

From memory there are no 'upgrade' editions of 7. It will upgrade from Vista - but every box is a complete license. This was originally due to the EU telling MS not to bundle/force IE with the OS, for whatever reason they decided that there wouldn't be European 'upgrade' boxes and they'd sell full OS at upgrade prices in Europe. Fairly sure there were some other reasons, but I can't remember them if there were. Short answer - they're all fresh full copies.
