About to upgrade my pc

Am at the moment looking to upgrade my pc to
cpu.Intel E6300
Motherboard.not sure yet
Video card.Ever Geforce 7600GT or a 7900GT
Memory.dont know but i was told to get something good incase i ever overclock.But i have to get all these in a budget of £500 plus a case with agood psu

they are all good, all work, but just have different overclocking and benchmark scores, no realworld difference at stock perofrmance between them
