didn't show up. Looked on the parcel force tracking system and it says "out for delivery" but no missed delivery card has been left and i've been here all day so it seems they just didn't turn up.

Unfortunately this is the second saturday delivery that has gone wrong for me.

I have e-mailed parcelforce but have had no reply and i couldn't phone them as it was after their closing time.

Who do i talk to about the cost of delivery being fully or at least partially refunded?

I know this cant be looked into until monday but as i work from 6am onwards i thought i'd post this now.

That's odd. You should get refunded for that to be honest. If they don't deliver on a saturday as per requested, you should get your money back. It's PF's fault. I'd phone them if you can!

This is NOT Novatech's fault so please don't go to them and complain. They may be kind and offer you something. Best wait for Mr G to show up or someone else from the team.

not sure if the strike applies to them as i recieved some packages from Pf on thurday but it this is the case then it WAS nova's fault as they would have known if they were striking and if someone pays for saturday delivery they should have arranged city link/ alternative courior to deliver it.

reading on bbc news it says it dose the final mile of TNT but PF i dont know about.

Yeah i know it's not Novas fault but as Nova charged me for delivery then they would have paid PF so chances are when i get intouch with PF they will tell me to contact the company that i paid.

I guess if they were to give a refund then it would be to the party that paid them i.e nova....and then nova could pass it back to me?

Last time i got a refund but it was novas fault as the order got stuck...not sure what to do in this case.

Unfortunately PF's tracking service is rubbish....it said it had got to the local hub and was out for delivery at 6.45am saturday morning.....so i guess the van with my parcel just never bothered turning up, i dont think it could be due to the strike if it was put in a van and sent?

Checked just now and it still says out for delivery...but no missed delivery card or anything

Not sure what's going on with your delivery, but would guess that fault lies with Parcelforce.

My copy of Windows 7 went out by Parcelforce. Unfortunately the intercomm to my flat is out of order and I missed the delivery. But they put a card through my door (obviously managed to get into the building) saying that I could collect from the local Post Office after a certain time.

In addition, I got an email from Cailey Chapman of Novatech's Customer Services which stated "Please note that Parcelforce have tried to deliver your order today but unfortunately there was no one available to take the delivery. It has now been taken to your local Post Office please see the below Parcelforce link to track your order and insert your above tracking number."

Hope this helps explain the normal procedure.

Hey thanks for that.

Yer i thought it strange that there is no missed delivery note and it still says on a sunday it is out for delivery.

It's not like they have not been here before because i've ordered Novatech stuff before and got it.

If i have nothing tomorrow by the time i get home i will contact PF...chances are that they'll try and deliver it when i'm at work...totally invalidating the "Saturday Delivery" service.

Probably some PF driver thinking "Hmm i'll give this a go over the weekend and then deliver it on monday"

I can't say for sure why Parceforce have not delivered, but we can certainly look into it for you. I'm not really in next week, but I can PM some of my customer service colleagues to look into it which they'll get tomorrow. They'll then take appropriate action depending on the cirumstances and contact you.

With late / missing deliveries which we have sent, you can contact the courier if you wish, but we would always be a primary point of contact for you - you are our customer and therefore we will make every effort to help resolve such issues.

Hey Mike, Once again showing the awesome customer service that keeps me coming back :)

Well i got my parcel delivered today, however PF has still not contacted me back about a refund.

Looking at the parcel it looks like at some point they were going to send it back to you guys :S

Anyway it is here now, i just need to know if it's possible to source a saturday delivery refund?
