I've bougth this display (Hyundai 19" Height Adjustable Black 12ms Internal PSU TFT Monitor With 3 Year On Site) a year ago. I found it broken (the screen was dead) last December. It was collected for repair by Repairtech on 5th of December last year. Since then I didn't heard from them. I've called their call centre number of times and I was told that they still are "waiting for parts". I've lost my patience. Please, give me some advice on how to arrange replacement from Novatech or any other help I can get (preferably from Novatech staff).
