All electrical items have a years warranty. You can't get your money back for parts that have been damaged. I'm sure a novatech member of staff will confirm this and sort out an RMA.
How do you know the parts inside have been damaged?

Might not be the motherboard. Might want to start a new thread on that issue?

no i am sure it is because i tried a different fully working PSU in there all the connecters were where they were ment to be pressed for power and nothing happened

the psu will have a 12 month warranty so that can be returned. as for the other parts, sadly its unlikely that we would be able to do anything with them. the reason for this is there is no way of knowing that the psu damaged the board, the problem could have been a faulty motherboard or another component that caused the psu to blow.

All products have to have a one year warranty, it's law as far as I'm aware...
And this is what people get for lower grade PSU's...
