I have been wating for the Lancool dragonlord k62 to come into stock, 8 were due on Thursday and have been listed a overdue untill today, since when they have been removed from the page

I am slightly confused and am wondering; did they come into stock, were sold and you are not getting any more, faild to turn up and the order was cancelled or what happend realy?

More importantly however is that I was going to go with a diffrent case/ PSU bundle and changed my mind and have allready bought the PSU, are these comming back?

I hope so because I am having difficulty finding them elsewhere.

It now says that that case is no longer available :/

I've also ordered the same case and so will now have to buy it elsewhere as I had my eyes set on it.

WIll need to phone Novatech to get it taken off my order and refund the money if they can't provide it.

Ahh well :(

Spoke to Lee on live chate earlier and apperently their system says that they should be getting some but couldnt tell me wheather they would atualy arrive, this was possibly down to supplier issues. :(

I've overspent so wont be getting one for another week anyway, and I'll have a look around the net then if they havn't turned up.

Please Nova try and get some deliverd soon.

Hi there

We have some due soon. Best case end of this week, worse case end of next week. They come from Europe so take a little bit of time.

Thanks GIBBO, next week fits in better with my money plans now anyway, so I shall stick my fast track in when they pop up before everyone else grbs them.

Ahh brilliant - thanks Gibbo. I spoke to customer services and the girl there said 13th of September stock is due in.

At least I'll be getting it - thought you'd discontinued it or something; will just have to be patient.

erm, i've just read this review..
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Lancool/Dragonlord_K62
Novatech WILL replace if i find it damaged in anyway right?, like the reviewer described, cracked windows, a broken clip etc.

Knowing Novatech I'm sure they probably would - however that guy seems to have had a lot of bad luck - the worst I read is that the perspex sometimes is cracked, so just need to watch out for that.... Looks like the guy who delivered that case to him was Ace Ventura or something.

ok, sorry for digging this Thread up again...
I'm just litterally on the verge to adding this case to my next buy from NT, but i'm not sure.
Can anyone confirm that they have bought this case from NT, and there are no issues with it? i'm really concerned about this post http://forums.techpowerup.com/showpost.php?p=1570802&postcount=17

I just put together my first i7 rig. Yea for mehttp://tpucdn.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif The last thing i put in was the power supply (remember how much force the reviewer used) well it snapped into place using the tooless strap, all good i thought. Then i decided that i needed a bigger power supply.(Watt's not size) so i unstrapped the first then tried to put in the second upon which the strap snapped into two pieces. Upon inspection the strap pivits at two points one point has a large steel rod through it the other pivit piont has what looks like two rivits to pivit on & this is were it snapped & fell apart. After contacting my place of purchase and they contacting Lian Li the reply was "it wasn't broken in transit and was broken in use & therefore not covered under warranty" Lian Li says they dont have spares but i may be abble to purchase one off them for a unknown price. I even supplied photo evidence. Now before you think well thats bad read on..
I finally got my rig together spending much time to make sure all is pefect. (I had to screw my power supply into my top end tooless case)
Finally power up time i hit the switch & the PC came to life after the BIOS boot screen came on I noticed a burning smell (electrical), i looked down & sparks & smoke were billowing out of my $2000 rig. After yanking the cord i found out that that the drive electronic's had shorted out because of contact with the steel drive cage. -2 250gb drives (RAID 0) Even after all this with full pictoral evidence to be fair all i asked for was a replacement power supply strap. Apparently the strap is only good for one power supply. I hope your luck is better than mine. EDIT : After a few angry emails my supplier now says Lian Li said i can have a replacement PS latch. http://tpucdn.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

Pick one up today, no broken bits or cracks, leavers to lock in theODD's seem a bit flimsey but you can screw them in.

seems ok at the mo, will post a pic o two later as had a HDD faliure today on the OS drive and apart from restoring to a fairly bare image on a sapre I've spent the evening on the case transplant as I was going to have to move things arround any way.

Edit: put photos in the other thread in the genral fourm.

I picked one up today too :D
everything perfect, apart from my front 140mm top fan which makes a slight whispery scratchy noise when the fan spins. but it's ok, it's only loud enough for you to hear it if your face is right next to it, and quiet enough to not be heard while sitting in a chair :D
