Hi all

Can any one tell me if Novatech will match the priceses from any other companies if the product on offer is at a lower price..

I couldn't answer that, but you could always try. I work on the policy of "If you don't ask, you don't get".

I have always found Novatech very competitive against other suppliers. If there is a small difference in price, then their customer service usually wins anyhow.

Give the sales team a ring and ask them.

I have asked about this before, generally they don't - but if you point out a price discrepency they do look into fixing their pricing for everyone (search a few threads on here)
