blu-ray drivers

i have an overclockers blu-drive and cyberlink powerdvd 9 ultra and when i play blu-ray disks they either play for 10 seconds and freeze or the blu-ray disc will start to spin but will not play. can anyone help?

could you loosely describe the makeup of your PC please? The parts that are installed and the amount of RAM and the GRAPHICS card if possible. this may help us find out if the PC has the resources to play. You have the right software by sounds of it as PowerDVD is the most suitable.
