It will depend which version of ghost you are using, and which file system vista is installed on.

if you use in in 'forensic mode' ie bit-by-bit, then its not a problem. depends how you're ghosting (ie disc to image or disc to disc), and the version of ghost you are using.

if you're doing anything but a raw data clone, then check software version first.

from what i understand support for vista will be available in 2008 but if you have the new corporate ghost this also has support for it
