I have just bought a Nexus PHT775 CPU cooling fan from Novatech. On the box it says Thermal Grease included. When I open the box however there is nothing in there except the cooler. Does anyone have any experience of these. Is the grease included on the cooler or do you have to apply it, if so it seems there is something missing. I am suspicious because the fan has a number of white finger marks on it so it may be that the box has been opened before.
