Rthdcpl.exe - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

if you are getting this error after installing a windows update this link has a fix.

Or you properly fix it. Download the latest Realtek audio driver direct from realtek's website. Then uninstall the device driver and the realtek's software thingy in add and remove programs. then reset your machine. Install the new latest realtek's driver which you just donwloaded after windows has finnished detecting new hard ware etc.... after the install select yes for reseting your machine. After the reset, everything is fine. I am not making this up as i had 1 lovely hr of figering out why my dad's pc kept on displaying this messege.
