Here is my question: could a 2*2.4ghz processor be able to run a game that needed 4.8ghz? (intel core 2 duo if it helps)

not nescerserily, it would need to be able to use both cores, which not many games do. it also depends on what model processor, a 2.4ghz Core 2 would beat a 4.8ghz pentium...

Agreed. Double check it. Could be a 4.8Gb install size? still massive, but more likely.

no, if a game needs 4.8ghz thats would be on a single core. if it was 4.8ghz and suported dual core it would properably say 2*2.4ghz....
