Problems with vista

hi ,

I brought a pc system about a month ago now with vista pre-installed and it was fine for a few months but then its starting to go down hill. It blue screens alot and it restarts itself. when i come back i get this message
windows has recoved from an unexpected shutdown then it does on to say why this has happend.

Files that help describe the problem:

C:\Users\Joe\AppData\Local\Temp\WERE80D.tmp.versio n.txt

i dont know what to do because i cant reinstall vista as i didnt get the disk from buying it preinstalled.

also when using java my ie windows closes for now reason and it was fine for the first 3 weeks of buying the computer.

I dont know what to do should i take it in to be looked at ? or what else ?

do a system recovery/restore, and it should sort the problem, but this erases all data on the harddrive

i did a restore and nothing happend it still doin it should i take it back to novatech tomoro for them to look at ?
