7" photo frame help

Hi

I have bought a Novatech 7" photo frame together with a 2gb SD card ...I have placed around 800 pictures on card (only taking up around 750mb of card) BUT frame will only cycle around 250 pictures ??

Has the frame a limitation ? Novatech support were not much help !!!

The 7" photo frames only support up to a 1gb SD card

That makes sense BUT might help if you guys specified that on your web site ..... especially as underneath frame in the accessories field you are quoting the 2 gb cards implying that these will work with the photo frame.

I suggest you change your site to avoid the confusion.
