Lack Of Email Tech Support

I will repost this here since I have not had any response to my attempt to get Tech Support by email on Wed 25th has not so far had any response.

Last week I bought an SSD from you and a NOVATECH ADAPTER KIT to mount it into my desktop (a barebones kit previously bought from you - Ref: 4404102 26/9/09). Unfortunately the adapter kit WILL NOT fit properly in the Antec Nine Hundred 2 case of the Barebones Bundle. This is because the Antec case is supplied with long screws to mount drives into the Drive Bay, and the screw thread on these WILL NOT FIT the holes in the Novatech Adapter Kit (which is supposedly a Std. Universal Drive Mount Kit). Please advise! In order to avoid having to send the mounting adapter back to you, I need you to send me four (4) long screws, that will suit the Antec Nine Hundred 2 Drive Bay and has the correct diameter and screw-thread to fit the Novatech Mounting Kit.

Our apologies for the delay - the email was processed today and one of my colleagues has already undertaken to get the screws you are seeking. Unfortunately they are not freely available so he has been pursing this with our R&D dept and will get back to you ASAP. As it is Friday it may be Monday before he gets a response though. I have asked him to send an interrim email to you though.

I would appreciate four of those screws too if you find them, i have the exact same problem with my adaptor kit i got from nova a while ago. The fit was snug enough that i felt i got leave it unscrewed but i'd rather have some screws!

Thanks for the speedy response here. I've had an interim email and am happy to await the resultof trying to get appropriate replacement screws next week. At the moment the SSD is mounted on the adaptor and placed loosely not screwed in the drive bay, obviously not ideal long-term.

@Helior : Thanks for the confirmation that it's not just me being stupid, there really is a problem fitting this adaptor to the Antec Nine Hundred 2 case.
