Delivery estimate?

Hi everybody,

I ordered my new computer parts on Thursday and according to my account the estimated delivery time would be Monday (tomorrow). But as of today when i checked my account and it says "In Picking, Awaiting Despatch".

Does this mean that its still in the UK and it won't make it on Monday (in Belgium)

The biggest problem i have is taking the day of from work to be home when they deliver the parts. If i know they would come on Tuesday or Wednesday i would change my work schedule.

1. when it says "in picking, awaiting despatch" does that mean i will get it on monday (tommorow)
2. What delivery service does novatech use (post, dhl, ...)

I'm not sure I can answer this one myself as it falls within the remit of my customer service colleagues. I have to say that if it is being despatched on Monday (tomorrow) then I'd be deeply surprised if it arrived in Belgium the same day - we can't normally do that for people within the UK let alone outside it.
Does the email *definitely* say it would arrive Monday? Does it emntion anything about estimates or backorders etc?

Yes it does say estimate so i have no problem waiting until Tuesday or Wednesday. **** now i have to go to work tomorrow, LOL
And i read many great reviews about your service and the timely deliveries.

At a guess I'd say it's probably down to it being an international delivery - slows everything down. Let me know (via PM - include your order number) if you haven't received your goods by, say Wednesday/Thursday at most.

And I can empathise with the having to go into work thing :xgrin:

I have an answer for you regarding the delivery. It appears that our tracking will always say what you're now seeing regarding it's status no matter what the status actually is for international deliveries. So the goods should be with you in the next day or so.
