This mey seem a daft question, but, will an ASDL Wireless Router work on "Dial Up Internet"?

No, it is not possible to use a dial-up modem with ADSL router.

To use internet wirelessly it would be advisable to connect to a broadband connection.

Although you could share the dial up connection on one computer on the network, then therotically you could use it on any computer on the network (that works here - although its on a wired router)
