Free Batman download?

Hi

I recently bought a GTX 260 sonic which was advertised as having a free download of Batman Arkham Asylum included. I was assuming there would be some sort of download code but nothing seems to have been provided. Is this something which should have been in the box with the graphics card or an offer novatech are running, in which case is there some way i'm supposed to redeem my download?

I had the same issue with a game download ages ago. I even had novatech send out this "code" to me but oddly I got an empty envolope with a note in saying heres you code. Where?? I figured they were having a joke with me or something. Dont let that get to you though, get on live chat in the morning and I am sure someone will be able to help.

You normally receive vocuher (an A6 size leaflet) with the URL and code on it. If this i not present then please PM me your order number and I'll have a look into it for you.
