The new warranty is now '2yrs In-Home Service' from the previous 2yrs PRD Warranty.
New Warranty Description/Process
1. End User contacts the ATEC UK Warranty Hotline Number on 01422 203676
2. Technical Operators will diagnose the fault
3. An Engineer will visit the end user with the spare parts and repair the faulty unit
