Try Imageburn at www.imgburn.com. It's very light resource wise and does disc images and files/folders. No music/video though.

Download the .ZIP, no installation necessary. My weapon of choice when tackling ISO's;)

+1 for k3b. No stupid frills and no pointless wizards that pretend to make things easier when, in fact, they make things much more difficult. It also makes genuine ISO's - not some pretend, proprietary lash-up - which means that k3b ISO's will work on any other CD burning software.

If only all optical disc burning software was as smooth and easy to use as k3b! :)

I think its being ported to Windows with the KDE4 port isn't it?

As you have Windows 7 you may as well use the built in as already said. Right click on the .iso or.img file and select "burn to disk".

+1 though the latest version i used required a fast instal. its a simple yet powerful program
