We need the following:

What is the make of your motherboard. eg. Intel, MSI, Foxconn, DFI, Asus etc...

What is the modle of your motherboard. eg. A8N-SLI, GI945GVN, 945GAG etc...(You can only see this by looking at the motherboard its self, its printed on it someware.)

Then we can direct you toward the website with the drivers for your motherboard.

If you have any external PCI card's then you will need to tell us these as well. eg Radeon X1800 Grafix card etc... Intel Pro10/100 NIC card etc...
