Kinda annoyed with myself and novatech placed an order for a monitor today about 5.05pm and within 5 min has realised i put wrong delivery address down i put work instead of home, i tried to contact novatech about it at 5.15 but found there is no way to contact them after 5pm but at 5.16pm got an email saying item is dispatched all this happened in 11 min but i have no way of contacting novatech to change address.

Not very good customer service if you allow orders till 6pm for next day delivery but then you have no way of contacting you after 5pm.


This is just a bit of a rant to warn others who place orders after 5pm.

Yout not wrong , I got a txt at 5.16pm aswell just really frustrating that you cant contact anyone by phone or email.

No shutdown till next week and to make it worse if i goto to collect item next week i have no proof of name/address with my work address on it.

I had a similar situation with another company. I ended up waiting outside my work for it.

Thought about doing that, i will have to ring parcel force tommow to see if i can get a roundbout time.

Dont fancy sitting there from 7am to 5pm

Well, usually they come at a certain time at my office so it wasn't so bad. Parcel force as less likely to give you a time, mine was a currier and they phoned the driver.

I am sorry that you were not able to get hold of us to edit your order in time for dispatch.

If you need me to contact parcel force for you to possibly reroute the goods for delivery on Monday to an alternative address please PM me your order number.

And as i note i still think the issuse apart from my stupidty is that there really is NO way to contact Novatech after 5pm yet you will still accept orders till 6pm, very very very frustrating ringing and emailing a business at only 5.10pm which is hardly a time when you would think a company shuts off all its commnuication to thier customers.

and yet today when all communications are open you opt to send a pm
why don't you just ring and ask to talk to Stacey or some of the other members of staff

Sorted it myself with parcel force as PM was un-answered and so were the emails i sent last night so was'nt going to waste my breath speaking to Novatech.

how would you have been wasting your breath, novatech havent actullyy done anything wrong in this case, you entered the wrong address and because of this you blame the way they operate. no need, just unfortunate for you thats all but dont blame anyone apart from yourself.
