Quite amazing really, but after months of playing around this is what i've got to.
tip 1: have a fan at around 45 degrees angled towards the fan of your g80, this ensures air is getting in there.
tip 2: have an exhaust fan (pci sort) 2 slots below the g80, this exhausts all the air that comes out the cooler fins.
Thats it, my g80 was 85 degrees load before, now runs at 80 (ati tool going as i speak) @ 600/920, which i think is great, ill try stock and see how much of a tempo drop it actually made.
