def not, i read your complaint, but thought you were just being pedantic!

I have a Hanns-G and it's nothing like that, i'd consider returning...

Totally agree. RMA it. Hopefully they will pick up or do on site swap. Would not fancy paying for special delivery on one of those!

Hi, have spoke to Novatech and they agree the monitor is faulty and they have arranged for a courier to pick up and replace the monitor on Monday (weather permitting).

Hi, courier collected monitor on monday but did not delivery new one as the technician said they would, he clearly stated an exchange would take place as the monitor is as he agreed faulty, have spoken to novatech today and customer service stated that this was not there policy and that monitor would have to be tested first and i would PROBABLY recieve a monitor by the end of the week sorry Novatech i need a monitor upto 5 days is too long to be without one so i have asked for refund.

Not happy about outcome.:td:
