im new to building pc's and thinking of getting this Motherboard

is this IDE or SATA? or both?

Also is this the best for my money?, if not can you suggest something else.

Im going for, E6600, 2Gig Corsair Ram, Hiper power Supply, 250GB SATA HDD

also which DVD Rewriter would u suggest?

1 x UltraDMA 133/100/66 cable
2 x SATA cables
2 x SATA power cable

those are in the accessories bit, so IDE and SATA should be on this board.
as for a DVD writer, would you need it?? would you use it?? a normal DVD drive does me fine for everything that i need.
