The below CD's can be very handy when trying to troubleshoot problems.

Dos Boot CD

Bootable memory (RAM) diagnostic : download here (http://www.memtest86.com/memtest86-3.2.iso.zip) (you will need to unpack this file using WinZip or similar decompression utility)

Bootable hard drive (HDD) diagnostic: download here (http://downloads.maxtor.com/downloads/_files/maxtor/en_us/downloads/PwrMaxEn.iso)

Both of these create an .iso CD image which you will need to burn to CD using burning software (Nero Burning ROM (http://www.nero.com/eng/index.html//url), ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com//url)) and are then bootable and standalone
