If you try tracking an order when you receive your confirmation email it will come up with an error like invalid tracking number.
This is because our order system generates UPS and DHL tracking numbers, these can not be tracked on the UPS or DHL website until they have received and booked in the orders.
The couriers normally leave us at around 6:00 and go to the local depots. When the vans get to the depot the orders will then be booked in and on to the online tracking systems, once DHL or UPS has booked in the order you will be able to track it. Normally this is by about 8:00 but if they have more orders than normal it can take longer.
