Yeah but thats a load of rubbish lol. 1000w of distortion and speaker cones flying around the room. I'd give you 10 grand if they could pump out 20 watt :P

those logitech aren't too bad actually. those klipsch are better though and... you're right, a real sound system would blow either away without any effort.

Well, whatever happens im sure it will be great, and that klipsch would be useless, i read a review on it and it doesnt accept pc inputs.

Well the reviews you are reading suck then :) You can get real sound systems in small rooms easily. They aren't neccesarily big

What a waste of money, you wont be using them to their fullest, unless you had them out in a field.
£100 set of speakers would be more than enough for anyone.

You wouldn't hear them in a field.

@tekno: Why are they better? Logitech make mice and keyboards. Klipsch make sound equipment.
When you want your car fixed you don't hire a plumber.

I'm not saying the klipsch one's will be excellent, but at the end of the day they are "PC systems" and a lot more can be had for the money.

Yeah thats the point i've been trying to make :P you could buy half a home cinema with this money. A real AV receiver and 5.1 surround! + Youll have loads of inputs for dvd players and whatever else you may need!

i went from a 5.1 home cinema!!!!
it was awful working with the pc, the new audio equipment arrived today, and it is AMAZING, i mean the power is just amazingly awsum and the sound uber crisp and amazing :D:D:D:D

well u wud say that! ur not guna spend all that money and then say they r **** r u? and u have nothing 2 compare them to i mean i thort my 7 year old speakers 4 ma comp were good, which they r 4 7 year old speakers but when i got my rather expensive cd player out from under my bed (was still in a box from when i moved two years ago :D) they wer awsum

hehe, no genuininly they are good, still not as good as my bro's mission proper sound system, but extremely close and i got 5.1!!!
shame they blow so many fuses, lost 2 so far.
