Startup Programs Help

A few weeks ago, i found out how to stop programs from starting when you start your computer up, on the control panel. However I cannot find it anymore, could you lot please tell me where to find this option.

type in 'msconfig' either in the 'run' box on the start menu (for xp) or in the search bit on the start menu (vista+windows 7)

i use spybot search and destroy and in advanced options and tools it has a simple start up register and its a anti virus.

Also CCleaner has startup editing options aswell as a free registry cleaner,system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool!
