Returns Request glitch

I am trying to get a product returns number, and failing.

I login to Novatech, go to Returns Requests, click on the item (a Netgear wireless adapter), I fill in the returns request, hit Request Returns Number and get:

Invalid Login Details entered, please retry.

I think the problem will be related to my having already returned this product once. Apparently it works fine for you, it won't for me in either of my PC's. My landlord's identical model works just fine. Most odd.

Please could somebody free up my account?

As a matter of security it would be best not to publish certain details here and would be better if you speak directly with our tech support team with regard to returning this item

Justs a heads-up, I am still having this problem. I log-in, fill in the returns request, hit send and am told my log-in details are incorrect. The annoying thing is I hit back on my browser and all of the data on the form is lost.

Am I the only one having this problem?
