Is it worth spending money on an expensive Component cable?

Hi all

Is it worth spending £50 plus for a good component cable for my HDTV?

At the moment I have a very cheap cable and the picture is pretty good, so will spending that much make any difference?

Don't want to waste money really.

Short answer....no.

Unless you have some absurd requirements or a pioneer hdtv.
