Hi Nate

It is usually best to email it to the address on the page.

Jeremey is head of Personell, so I would do both really. Email Jeremy with your CV and a short paragraph on why you would be suitable (keep it short, concise and relevant).

After that send a letter labelled to John Leslie at the Reading branch (John is head of branch iirc).
Same again, attach the CV, add a short breif on information about yourself (not your life story), and mention that you have already contacted Jeremy but thought it would be good to contact him directly as that is the store you would work at if offered a position.

Assuming you get offered an interview, prep your sales attitude. Go to competetors (bricks and mortar shops, not websites) and ask about products, see what techniques they use to sell it to you. Go to PC World to see how not to do it :P

You can have all the PC knowledge in the world, but if you can't sell, you won't get the job.

Have you tried phoning the store and asking to speak to him?

If he isnt there, either ask if they can get him to contact you, or ask when he is in next.

They dont have store numbers as far as im aware, the only number i can find is for presale customer advice or aftersales customer advice, and i didnt really think it fitted in either of those catagories

mate, i just rang that number and its still the same, either customer services or technical support, and when i was in store for my trial I remember one of the customers asking how he could contact the store, and one of the other workers said that you couldnt because it would be rude for them to be picking up the phone when a customers waiting to be served.

Its quite annoying though, cos I have no way of contacting him as far as im aware
