Hi

In need of a little help please :?

last month i decided to build myself a new PC as my old one was getting a bit past its sell by date! so went online and read a lot of reviews on what to get etc etc and purchased from novatech.

MSI P35 Platinum Motherboard
Intel Duo 2 6600 processor
2Gb Corsair XMS6400 800MHZ RAM
Thermaltake Big Typhoon
Thermaltake TR2 550w PSU
Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro Ultimate G/Card
Western Digital 250Gb WD2500KS H/Drive

etc etc

any put it all togehter with my brothers help and installed window xp all was running brilliantly i was amazed how good it was? till yesterday when i got a blue screen and PFN_LIST_CORRUPT :( now i looked online and read a few articles about PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and people say its down to memory trouble?

so i removed one stick and tried to run the PC but it just starts to boot windows then resets itself and tries to reboot again, swapped sticks and same again? although twice with the second stick it did actually get into safe mode of windows then reboot

so im not actually sure its the memory or another problem but i would very gratefull anybody has an i dea of what to look for?

Kind Regards

Download Memtest from here (http://www.memtest.org/#downiso).

As you're unable to boot into Windows download the Bootable CD or floppy ISO. If there is a problem with your RAM this test will show it.
