We had a call this morning about Nov-mp42gb headphones not fitting.
The current batch of mp4 players under this code come with normal 3.5mm headphones but they also have a 3.5mm to 2.5 mm converter in the box.
The convertor is small and could be easilly missplaced in the box when unpacking.
So the headphones do fit with this convertor.
