what is Novatech's motherboard return policy?

eg. how long does it take for a RMAed motherboard to get back to me? does Bristol outlet do testing?

im thinking about the Gigabyte P35-DS4, but i can't find Gigabyte's RMA detail anywhere on the net, so if i got a faulty motherboard, can i walk into Bristol outlet, and ask for RMA?

under 28 days form purchase its back for test and we can replace it, testing times we have to quote 5 to 7 working days from when received back.

if its over 28 days old once the faults been confirmed by us its back to the manufacturer and we have to quote up to 28 days.

you can drop it into bristol but they would have to send it back down to us at pompey for testing.

thanks. 1 week. good enough for me. (just worried that my first build may not boot on first try, motherboard is usually to blame when everything else is plugged in correctly)
