As Above, is there a version of google chrome available for Ubuntu?
I know ubuntu comes with firefox but I have been using chrome for a while on my vista laptop and much prefer it.
Ta,

I've been using the Linux version on Mint for about a month now, definitely works.

errr, Yes. I'm not sure if it has the same name.
What OS do you use?
If ubuntu then:

Use the PPA. Just downloading the tar on Linux will NOT keep it up to daye. The PPA method works far better.
it works for me...but i cant get flash to work in it. at the moment, flash only works in firefox with me. which is a BIG pain!

Did you run the flash install script on adobe's website as you need to run it to create the necessary symlinks for flash.

It works perfectly on ubuntu on my netbook, haven't had a problem with it, flash works n all.
you were right, just needed to install flash directly - chrome works perfectly now.
