Hey, atm i have 1 gig of ram (2x512s i think). The next step would be 2x1gig i suppose.. can anyone tell me how much this would cost and how much i could sell my current ones for?
Also, is it just a case of taking my ones out and putting the new ones in?
Thanks.

Motherboard Name Asus K8N8X-LA PES
RAM Slots 2 DDR DIMM
CPU Type AMD Athlon 64, 2000 MHz (10 x 200) 3200+
Hi,
The type of RAM you would need is DDR RAM.
However a quick search shows that more than 1GB is not supported. :(
Maximum HP/Compaq approved memory Two x 512 MB DDR-DIMMS, 1024 MB total (1 GB)
K8N8X-LA PES (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?cc=us&docname=c00064822&lc=en)

I've put in an AMD 3700+, which is also unsupported. No problems whatsoever. :)
