Since you've opened the Bristol outlet (and is there one coming in Reading ?) I have been wondering.... how do I know if a product is in stock at a particular location ?
I always drive in to collect my items as I live near the Portsmouth location and use FastTrack quite a lot. But I have wondered if I am going to come unstuck sometime and order and item 'instock' only to then find that I don't get an e-mail telling me it is ready to collect because the 'instock' items are in Bristol.
Could this happen ? are all stock levels shown on the website for Portsmouth ?
Any advice greatfully received as I have now stopped using fastTrack and instead go into the showroom and queue to buy items so I know I can get what I'm buying there and then.
