Delivery Not Recieved!

I sent off an order on Monday 03 September 2007 and the delivery date was Wednesday 05 September 2007 which is today. I have waited all day and the delivery has not arrived. The delivery status here shows the delivery as dispatched which surely would mean that the order SHOULD have reached me today.

Right okay well the DHL track system says that its "out for delivery" so i assume either their delivering parcels from a list. Altho this was posted at 9am and its now 12:26, is there any ETA on what time DHL normally deliver.

DHL can deliver anytime from 9:00 up to about 5:30.

Well its 6pm now and no delivery, quite appalling since ive had to spent 2 days waiting for this delivery and spent 7 pounds for a wednesday delivery and it is now thursday with no delivery.

Okay now we rang the "automated" DHL service for the delivery at 6 where it said "Your delivery is currently being delivered" and now after 15 minutes...it has changed to "Your query could not be resolved" This is utterly appalling, i have been lied to FOUR TIMES now by both Novatech staff and DHL staff. I technically have every right to reqeust a full recompensation for the delivery charge. A day late i can put up with but 2 days and constantly being lied to is unbelievable. I will not be home tomorrow but a family member will watch out for the delivery. IF it does not arrive i will be making another complaint and expect the delivery compensation as this is really really appalling.

What is even more appalling is that it takes 2+ days to deliver something from Portsmouth to where i live when it takes 15-25 minutes to drive down to portsmouth from where i live.

Oh dear god, after reading more on DHL Delivery i have no idea why you have chosen what seems to be a service that are WORSE then Royal Mail. I know this is a waste of time but thankfully due to DHL i have no plans for the rest of this evening:

1st: DHL Employee's leave Parcels in safe places if consumer is not home e.g. the Dustbin

2nd: Items arriving with FRAGILE written on them...broken.

3rd: Items delivered to wrong consumers.

4rd and worst: DHL Employee drives past consumers house not stopping. They ring up, happens again, they ring up, it happens again this time they actually PURSUE the DHL van/truck/car in their own car, get it to stop and give them their parcel to which the DHL employee had no idea that the parcel even existed.

IF i actually ever get my order from DHL, i will not be ordering from Novatech again so long as DHL is in use.

Takes me 15-25 mins too, and i always drive to collect my bits in person :)

heard lots of complaints about DHL, but then again, heard lots of complaints about most courier companies...

Well if it isn't delivered tomorrow then that means it won't be delivered till next week as DHL don't deliver on saturdays or sundays (only god knows why) so thats a monday delivery for a next day delivery option that cost 7 pounds.

I would suggest you phone and speak to our customer service team.

According to DHL tracking this was out for delivery yesterday. I cannot understand why it was not delivered

I've had things like this happen before, although I must say never with novatech, the order I placed was made up of several bits, but some how they got separated and the bits that made it down from up north somewhere, were all sent back up again to be resorted, I was not a happy chappy, but these things happen.

Well the order arrived today and everything is in top shape which im happy with, better late then never i suppose.
