Ok, im having a problem with my Shockwave right now and it seems that MANY other people are too. When ever trying to load Flash/Shockwave content, be that Poker on FaceBook or YouTube or BBC iPlayer it will always come up with the same error "Shock Wave Has Stopped Working, Would You Like To Terminate The Process?" and i hit yes and then it will cause the whole browser to stop responding. This only happens with Flash/Shockwave content, nothing else.

I have already tried reinstalling Flash and Shockwave, have tried IE8, FireFox, Chrome and Safari, but all result in the same error, several previous versions of flash and shockwave as well was clearing the registry with CCleaner.

Also tried this from a Google Employee

at Adobe I believe we've managed to track down a possible fix from Sony. The page that contains the fix is in Japanese so I've provided a direct link. This will update the Sony driver that we suspect to be the cause of the crash. We have not been able to reproduce this here but could really use your feedback. Please try this out and report back your results.

Had this for a while and its bugging me now, it only happens after a few hours of use as well. been fine while watching todays Eastenders and then watched worlds hardest driving tests and went to watch the next in the series and faced with the crash -

Shockwave has been EXTREMELY annoying today !!!!:rant::rant:

So much so that i've given up with GamerFMs IRC Channel (bncs are being updated for the IRC, so i've been forced to use the webs client)

EDIT: Fix seems to have solved it so far.
