So I recently got my new PC and after a week ive realised that my cards are getting quite hot after being on for a while.
Ive been looking around at water cooling systems but im a novice when it comes to these things, so I thought it best to get some advice.
Can anyone suggest a easy to install water cooling system for my SLI 8800GTX's?

Im using a Thermaltake Shark tower (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/spec ... l?TT-SHRKB (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?TT-SHRKB))
and the easier to install / setup the better as im a bit of a nub :)

Many thanks in advance.

What are the temps like, because these cards do run hot in the first place

Well im not sure how to check the temps on my cards but using Asus PC probe II and PC Wizard I was able to find that my Processor runs at about 50C and about the same with my Mainboard. Asus probe actualy gave me and alarm concerning my mainboard temp. Which is funny as I cant feel any heat coming from my CPU when I put my had near it, but my gpu's put out a lot more heat. When I touch the back of the case where the cards are its hotter than the heater in my room, almost unbearable to the touch.

And the above is after having the computer on for about an hour and not playing any fullscreen games ect. I will check again after a session on Bioshock and see what happens.

He he these cards run so hot, my 8800gts runs at 62c idle so gtx must be hotter than that. Get a decent case with good air flow if your not too hot on your pc modding dont try and watercool £600 worth of gpu's if your not of a high standard of experience!!!!!! An antec ultimate gaming case with an extra fan on the side panel would be the easiest and cheapest answer to your problem

who makes the cards? evga let u water cool them and not void ure warranty.
Water cooling would work, but you can run the card upto 90 degrees fine, myn works fine at those temps with a core oc of 575 upto 600

Whats your budget for water cooling?

Anything less than £200 and i'd probably suggest looking at high end air/extra fans and maybe a different case or adding a few blow holes to your current one.

If you're happy spending a lot of cash, look at aquacomputer. Its pricey, its good looking and very well made. To put it in perspective, I assembled my wc system in september last year - I drained it for the first time over the weekend, and only because I wanted to take the cpu and gfx card out... I suffered absolutely zero water loss/evaporation in that year. My previous sytem i had to refill/bleed every few months.
